The items I received are not in the bag or conditions expected. They are dirty with funk all over the bottles, it’s so disgusting I am returning immediately and can’t believe they were even shipped in such conditions. The shampoo and conditioner tubes appear to have been refilled with god knows what but it doesn’t smell like the normal product. I bought this for my upcoming travels and I love it’s a 10 products and have used them before so I know this is not authentic. Maybe the leave in product but I’m not satisfied.

Be sure to read the description thoroughly. I did not realize these were TRAVEL SIZES or sample sizes. For close to $30 you can buy all 3 of these products FULL SIZE from just about any salon for just $10 more. The size is not worth the cost. I am extremely disappointed and will be returning this. I do LOVE its a ten and will continue to use their products but refuse to pay $30 for travel size items.

I’m reviewing the SELLER, not the products (which are amazing btw) I bought it to take to a trip, so I was looking for travel size. Just wondering why I got a different bag comparing with the one from the picture and why does it say “He’s a 10 men’s miracle haircare” on a ugly cosmetic bag. 3 stars because at least the products itself are the ones I bought. Very disappointed when opened the package and saw this ugly cosmetic bag (image)

I got these travel bottles as more of a trial size for the shampoo and conditioner. Though it did leave my hair soft, unfortunately it made my hair greasy. I have very thin, fair hair so unfortunately it’s not for me. But I will say it was shipped well and packaged well, and arrived quickly from a third party service (not Amazon). I don’t want to take away from the excellent business model, this product just wasn’t for me.

The leave in conditioner is a sample not for resale. You shouldn't be paying for something that is a sample and not for resale.
