Blood Sugar GOLD really works. I've been giving this herbal supplement to my dog for more than 6 weeks and she's doing well. Since she started taking the Blood Sugar Gold she is not hungry and thirsty all the time, so therefore she is not constantly peeing like she was doing 6 weeks ago. She can hold her urine 6 - 8 hours during the night until the next morning. I give her 2 droppers full twice a day, even though the label indicates that she's only suppose to get 1- 1/2 droppers twice a day. I find that the 2 droppers twice a day works better for her. After starting her on a grain free diet (PAWZ and Taste Of The Wild kibbles mixed with some can dog food) that's when I noticed the changes. I also decreased the treats to only at night before bed. I give her a 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt and mix it with the supplement at night. She only get chicken jerky or boiled chicken breast for her treats and she usually gets that at night with the yogurt. Overall, she's doing well with the supplement and the diet changes. She's not on any insulin she's only taking Blood Sugar Gold. It doesn't work overnight but it does work. Patience is the key. The only issue that I have is the $$$ for a 4oz bottle. I think it's expensive for the amount you get in the bottle. I would feel better about the price if the bottle was 6-8 oz. I purchased a 4oz bottle of Primalix Blood-Sugar BALANCE herbal extract for dogs and cats for only $41 and it has all of the ingredients that's in Blood Sugar Gold. I'm going to try that one next to see if works like this supplement.

It has only been 2 days from the writing of this review and maybe I'm dreaming but I already see a difference in my little fur baby. She has diabetes and having to give shots twice a day is awful. I stop giving her insulin two days ago and used the supplement instead she is peeing less and is more alert. She is going out on the porch and sitting on the rocker like she used to. She doesn't seem to be laying around like she was dead as before. I do have to put it in her food as she won't let me put it in her mouth. I'm so upset with myself not knowing about this product before. I can see more improvements coming after more days of use. The Veterinarian who created this really understood the pain of insulin shots and understood what other natural product can be used instead. Perhaps it may not work for your dog or cat but it's worth a try because my little one was pretty sick and this is working. I would image you can ease off of the insulin or give a little insulin with the supplement not a Doctor so I don't know. I chose to take her right off of insulin this way I would know if it is working or not but you would have decide how to proceed. Going to order more for sure.

I am amazed at the number of people that say insulin injections are worse than euthanasia for their beloved kitty. I used this product to try and help with my kittys diabetes diagnosis last year and it did nothing. I checked her blood sugar with a 12$ human glucometer and a quick poke to her ear regularly but her bloodsugar never did improve over the 3 months on this product. Now she does a quick insulin shot am and pm. She has never felt a single insulin shot. She just comes in for treat time in less than 1 second while her heads down eating i lift her skin, poke, and im on my way. If you manage to get up in the morning and put yourself to bed at night you will be fine on insulin. Its not much harder than that. This does seem to work, along with diet change, weight loss. Have been checking his blood sugar leave several times a day and is 1/2 of what his original number was. About to run out of our second bottle and we are going to try going without for a week or so and see what his blood sugar level does. Will update with our results! Update: we ran out of this several weeks ago and checked kitty's blood suar level again and it is the same (good)...so I'm not sure of this really helped or not.

Absolutely certain this product has saved my oriental cat from insulin dependence. I tried this as a last resort before starting him on insulin and can genuinely say it’s completely transformed him. He is putting on weight, playing and Happy again and no longer sits my his water bowl all day. 100% recommend this product.

Purchased this after reading some positive reviews here. Product had no effect on the blood sugar levels of my dog. No effect at all.

I have a dog that became diabetic. She started peeing on my floor which she never did before. She was consuming large quantities of water daily. After applying these drops to her food at the recommended number of drops based on her weight, she has not peed in the house once since using this product. It has also cut back her daily water consumption and she no longer pants all the time. It has saved me an untold amount of money on vet bills as well as not having the hassle of giving daily insulin injections. She seems to love the bacon flavor no mater what food I add it to. The bottle last for a very long time since only a few drops are added to eack meal. I highly recommend this product and I will definitely keep using it on all my animals (2 dogs and a cat).
