While assembling the chair I found the plastic was not of very good quality and fixing the screws was becoming difficult. The worst part of this chair is the seat cushion which is very poor quality, when I sit I feel I am sitting on a flat wooden bench :-(

Its good enough. Although i dont know what will happen later. Its comfortable. But im not sure about the up/down system. I dont think it will last long. Assemble this a bit hard because the manual book is wrong. Make sure to use the long one for put handheld.

Worst

First, the box came with different brand name "mahmayi" however, the chair inside is a Furmax. The guidelines that came with the chair has wrong guides for the nails sizes, this make me took like more than an hour to set up this chair, after that I realized the correct nails and I could set it up instantly. The right hand chair is kinda defected which made me use extra force to enter the nail into the chair hole. The chair back is getting back over the expected, if you want to relax your back the chair will take you to a journey back back to the past. I excepted better quality for a 200AED chair, it's not that bad but it's not good too, you better look for a better one.

I sat in this chair only approximately 1 hour per day. Balance lost in 3 months, gas system destroyed in 4 months. Worst chair ever!

I bought this office chair based on a top-10 ratings list I found online. The chair was reasonably easy to put together, and works pretty well. The only adjustment I can make is the seat height -- there are no other controls. This alone makes it an improvement over my wooden kitchen chair, but it would be nice to be able to control seat tilt, for example for better back comfort. One thing I do like is that the seat depth is good -- I have long upper legs, and the seat is comfortable for me. For the price, it's fine. The only problem I have had with it is sometimes, after the weekend, I sit down and the seat drops down to its lowest height. I raise the seat again, and it holds for the rest of the day, at least. My only worry about the chair is whether, over time, this seat height problem might become chronic. It's certainly good enough for now. One caution about seat width. If you are a larger person, you are unlikely to be comfortable - the seat width is not particularly generous; it's definitely narrower than the office chairs I have used in all my office jobs.
