Of all my purchased here on Amazon this product only I don't like it👎. The benefits written is Opposite to me maybe with other people is okay with them but for me no. I feel ichy, burn, and unfortunately I couldn't return.

I've been using this with Vita-Labs Bisglycinate Chelate and the combination has helped me to feel a difference very quickly. Great product. Yes, it does sting, but that is only because its concentrated magnesium chloride. It's the nature of the product. I'm not sure if people have a low pain tolerance or what but for me its completely tolerable and eventually fades away. I put it on my face, scalp, and body without any issues. Any stinging will eventually fade, but its really not that bad. I kinda like it. Be careful about overdoing it if it's your first time with a magnesium supplement. You can use too much and get an influx of magnesium which might give you various side effects such as extreme tiredness so be aware if you are also supplementing internally. The spay worked perfectly.....until I dropped it on the floor. But no matter...just find another spray.
