Will the knive fall out when running?

The sheath locks in the blade extremely well. It is highly unlikely it will fall out during a run unless one encounters a major impact... like a truck...

What is the thickness of the blade/steel in millimeters please?

I'm not sure, if you scroll down on the product I think there is some sort of specifications of the item.
