I doubt it. It's really easy to ignore after a while though.

There is at least 1 report that the speaker does not work with Windows 7, however it is standard bluetooth, who knows... Support for Windows 7 ended in January 2015, if you are still running Windows 7 you probably should look at alternatives before you suffer a malware incident. Consider looking at Endless OS?
