Not so bad
Ive made it to the point in my pregnancy where I can start balancing things on my tummy, about 25 weeks and some change lol. Finding a vitamin has been a pain as far as gummies go , I hate pills. The flavor on these are not to bad, kinda reminds me of the hard chew flinstone vitamins from childhood. I feel great no nausea, which a lot of prenatals do to me. I would recommend you try them, their worth a shot and better then most that I have tried. If I could ever recommend against anything I would say DO NOT BUY WALGREENS BRAND GUMMIES !!! They taste like straight poison and smell worse. These new gummies are a relief.

Good for expecting mothers
My wife loves the taste of these and our baby boy came out healthy as can be. Not saying this is the reason but prenatal vitamins definitely help keep her labs in the right value for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

A close friend of mine, who is currently pregnant, recommended these Lunakai Prenatal Gummies to me after telling me how much they helped her with her skin, hair, and nails. She was glowing — and I just had to try them, even though I’m not pregnant. To my surprise, I’ve also noticed a huge difference since I started taking them! My nails are stronger, my hair looks shinier, and my skin feels clearer and more hydrated. Strong Metallic/Bloody Aftertaste
I know iron supplements aren’t known for tasting great, so I went in with realistic expectations. That said, this prenatal was really hard for me to get down. The initial taste is unpleasant, but the worst part is the strong bloody/metallic aftertaste that lingers in your mouth for a good 1–3 minutes afterward. I tried to push through it, but I just couldn’t tolerate the aftertaste. If you’re sensitive to strong iron flavors or a blood-like taste, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

Good ingredients but chalky
I like the ingredients in them and they have a good amount of iron. However, the taste was a bit chalky. I prefer the Centrum gummies more.
