Very happy with this purchase. Delivered on time. Packaged very well. Good instructions for planting. And the saplings were lovely and healthy. I had a slight problem (of my own making) and the company replied to my email within a couple of hours and sorted my mistake out very quickly. Very good service. Will definitely be buying from them again

Healthy sapling
This is a healthy sapling which appears to be flourishing. A good size when delivered and well packaged to protect it. I am looking forward to seeing it’s development.

Bare root tree
I liked that it was packaged so that it was ready to be planted and was in good condition.The instructions were easy to follow and it looks amazing took a day to recover from travel but looks really healthy.

Oops!
Arrived safely and in very good condition, even though it died! BUT I think that may have been our own fault due to keeping it indoors, in the darkness, for too long during the winter time! Because we thought the coldness would have killed it?!My advice to buyers, would to buy one in the spring time, just before summer, because keeping it indoors DOESN'T do it any good at all! "Durh me!!" lol
