These are 1 quart bottles - quite a bit of dressing without a spout or means of controlling the pour. Unless this gathering is really theme based and there is a better way to control the pour, I would not recommend these bottles for a VIP salad bar. The bottles are wonderful sturdy glass and I use them daily for water and milk.
