Ernie Ball 2833 Hybrid Slinky Round Wound Bass Strings 2 Pack

…and I had never tried them! I put a set on a P bass and a set on a Jazz bass, and I love the liveliness of them. They are as bright as the strings I used to use, and they are as comfortable, but a little less expensive. I’m about to order again. The shop that sold them was prompt.

I'm a weekend warrior player in 4 bands (90s, hard rock, prog). I use these on my Fender Mex P Bass. I get about 3-4 months of crisp playing before they start to get a bit noodley (and even then they sound okay). For the price and amount of beating, detuning and sweat, they work great. I'm a bit OCD and always wipe the strings down after playing (practice, rehearsal or live shows), so that probably plays into this. Will continue to buy until I can't.

I am a guitar player who does a lot of recording with bass. I actually have a couple really nice bases. (Charvel and Blackbird).I was never really happy with the tone of one of these bases. My bass player Friend recommended that I put these strings on it and the next day I recorded with it and I sent some stuff to a friend and the first thing he said is that he liked the bass tone. Night and day. These are great!

Slinky's are my favorite bass string. They last i.e. stay brighter longer, sound great, and feel great. If you like the sound of stainless steel strings but don't want the abrasiveness, these are a great choice.

EB strings are my "go to." 2 pack is an excellent value.

First time using these strings for a new bass I received. They real great sounding. I'm running them on an Ibanez IJXB190 with Nordstrand P Blades

Excelente sonido y a muy buen precio

Pierden brillo muy rápido y una cuerda ni siquiera servía jaja, raro pero no tenía cuerpo, sustain, brillo y trasteaba, tuve que reutilizar una cuerda vieja y sonaba mejor

Las cuerdas es lo esperado pero la paquetería por dónde lo mandan es pésima, tardó 1 mes en llegar por qué no sabían cómo llegar a la dirección y lo dieron por perdido, y si no hablo así se quedaría mejor mandenlo por otra paquetería!!!
