Love these.
I love these. I use them at home for increasing muscle and rehab after hip replacement surgery on both hips. I love that the bands are not only color coded with regard to weight strenghts but also labelled so that you can easily tell the lighter one from the others because some exercises I need the lighter band for and others I have worked up to the tougher bands.

Perfect for Pilates and more.
These are great for so many exercises. The material will last for 2 to 3 years based on use, my wife uses the heck out of them and we have bought these and replaced at about 3 years. Great folk ankle exercises, foot, or hips and thighs.

Add to a home gym
I used similar bans in physical therapy and purchased my own gor home use. I love the graduated resistances. These have been a great help for continuing my exercise program. The different colors make them easy to distinguish the various strengths.

Too easy of a resistance (even black and red band)
The bands themselves are good, but they're too easy for someone who exercises with bands regularly. Even the black band doesn't provide nearly as challenging an effect as it's supposed to for its difficulty level. If you're starting with using the bands - I recommend it, otherwise, don't bother.

Great for strength training.
These resistance bands are great. I use them for my shoulder impingement. My daughter has been using them for strength training exercises. The five bands provide different levels of resistance which suits our needs.

Be Aware == LATEX !!!
As far as I know, I have never had a reaction to latex before. However with in 30 minutes of using these bands for the first time I was scratching was scratching my hands and lower arms violently. My wife collected every anti itch product or antihistamine she could find.in the.house or camper. Nothing seemed to bring relief. I was actually bleeding in spots. It took well over an hour and soaks in Ice water for the itching to subside.I am not.returning the bands. The packaging and instructions mentioned that the bands were made of latex. And I had never had such a reaction to similar stretchy items before. But I will be much more careful about using any thing containing latter in the future. Giving the bands to a neighbor!

Great for pt exercises.
These exercise bands are great. My husband is doing PT for a back injury and they.have been perfect. The storage bag is great for keeping them together.
