I needed to ship something heavy and was looking for extra support to keep the package closed... THIS is a wonderful solution and the perfect price!!!!!! What an utter relief to find the answer. Great Quality

The cutter/tightener works great, and it comes with a lot of strap and clasps. Unfortunately, like many others, the first few times I used the clamp I could not for the life of me get it to fully close, leaving the clasp somewhat loose on the strap. I thought maybe the clamp arms were too short and I just needed more torque, but no amount of force seemed to make a difference. After a few weeks I needed to use it again to pack a heavy box and to my utter astonishment the clamp went from fully open to fully closed with normal effort, leaving a perfectly sealed clasp. I put on 2 straps and the clamp worked great on both of them! I have NO IDEA what changed since I know I put the clasp on in the same orientation and clamped it the same way, but SOMETHING CHANGED. Bottom line: The product is a great value and I'm very glad I purchased it, but it might be worth fiddling with the clamp & clasp orientation to get it to work properly because it CAN work properly and doesn't need extraordinary force to do so (like I first thought).

El producto muy bueno , pero llegaron faltando los clips , solo llegaron 10 y supuestamente son 50 , decepcionó por lo q se necesitaba urgentemente y se pagó un cargo por envío rápido

Straps included was garbage and will not hold any weight beyond 15 pounds.Strapping tool had some sharp edges, should have been debured before painting

The tensioner worked fine. The sealer works okay, but requires a great deal of strength to close handles and clamp the seal. The handles really need to be longer for more leverage. The seals were made without any QA/QC. Most are made, I suppose, per the design, but many are malformed. The banding material is of poor quality. I think I read another review where it was described as a paper-like core encased in an inferior plastic coating. It cannot with much force before it snaps in two.
