Non discreet packaging.
I bought this as an anniversary gift for my fiance. The item itself was brilliant & my other half loved it, however when it was delivered I was at work while she was at home. I didn’t think this would be an issue, as when I’ve ordered anything from amazon in the past, it’s turned up in a box or a brown parcel bag, so I didn’t think this would be any different. However when I got home, and found that it was wrapped in a very see through fabric, in the exact shape of a handbag, I was slightly disappointed as this was meant to be a surprise gift. Hopefully in future the sellers will take this into consideration and use a more discreet form of packaging.

So sad this bag was lovely used it twice and the handle staple clasp broke this was a birthday gift from my son hopefully it was just a one off so do buy it it has so much room in it

I got this for mum and she absolutely loves it. She has received quite a few compliments from her friends. it holds plenty and just looks stylish. She's had it a while now and it's still in good condition. Very well made.
