This paring knife is beautiful, sharp, strong, and well-weighted. The TUO knives are well made and gorgeous, a step above my other knives. It's easy to clean; I just wash, dry, and hang (on my magnetic knife wall rack) when I'm done. No sitting around and soaking in water for this knife!

Best paring knife I have ever owned. The ability of cutting those eyes out of potatoes is great. The value was terrific. I love the balance and weight of it. The handle is a plus!!! Had to get use to using it, that little curve close to your thumb got me a few times. I used the little tip cover that comes with it to cover it and it fit great. I've used paring knives for over 60 years, and just love this one, easier than a potato peeler. Especially if this is how you were trained to peel a potato.

This is a very handy little knife for paring fruits and vegetables in your kitchen. It has a nice good size grip that makes it easy to use and gives you great control. One of the better and sharpest knives in my drawer. Good for oranges and tomatoes. I highly recommend this knife. It is well made and not flimsy at all.

Very well made, high quality, extremely sharp. I would have given this 5 stars, except that this knife is huge and not made for the small paring jobs I intended it for. Definitely not made for a small woman's hand. It's big and bulky. I will probably not even use it, as it does not fit well in my hand and is difficult to maneuver, control or hold safely.

I love this knife, I can't believe the quality you get for.such a low price. It holds its own mext to my much more expensive knives.

Absolutely love this knife, just wish it came in a case. It is super sharp, holds an edge well, comfortable in the hands, and looks good. This is my second purchase of this knife as I wanted another for my husband when he helps with the processing of the animals. It is a must.

This is a well made kitchen knife. It's chunky, solid and goes in the dishwasher. It's extremely sharp and does its job well. I recommend careful use if you want to avoid any accidents. I would buy it again, but I don't think I'll have to for a long time. It's so well made.

Lo spelucchino è maneggevole e fa benissimo il suo lavoro ,molto affilato e preciso. Col tempo vi dirò se è un buon acciaio.
