I am an adult, but I am super small. I am 4'10'', 85 lb. Do you think it will fit my head?

I am not quite as small- but generally fit the very small end of the adult helmet spectrum, and sometimes have purchased children's helmets when necessary. This one fit me fine (and can be cinched smaller than I need, which is rare). I ordered on Amazon for the price savings, but I did go try it on at REI to figure out if it would work first. If that is an option for you, it can be a good idea: as another responder stated, different helmet brands (and even styles within brands) fit differently.

what size would a 6 & 1/2 hat size be? I am a women with a large madula

Your head would be 52 cm. not that big of a madula really :)

Hi, My head circ is 64 cm. i want to purchase an Atmos ll,but wondering if the Savant is a better fit for me?

My Giro Helmet is one the best for comfort, fit, weight, and style. No idea about the other. I have been riding for 30 years and it is on the top of my choices!

What is the difference between size medium/15" and medium and just m? are they the same size or not?

They are the same. It was just how the size was entered by a seller to Amazon.
