No they can not. I'm white and this burned the hell out of my head and did not take the hair off completely or evenly, and in some places not at all.

Can women use on face

I have used magic shave on my face and neck for decades! NEVER use a razor on a woman's face. That is the WORST thing you can do. Magic shave is wonderful and leaves my skin smooth and hairless, it lasts for about a week to 10 days. I have used the powder and the cream in the tube. I highly recommend this for women.

How long does the product remain effective for before needing reapplied to head?

Hallo,I have not had to reapply the product at all. I only use it once and it works superbly. Instead of applying it for five or so minutes, you can leave it for slightly longer, possibly 8 to 10 mins, not more.
