It is very hard to find healthy flatbread in the grocery store. We use these to make healthy pizzas. They are delicious and buying in bulk makes them a great deal. We just freeze them and pull a pack out when we need them.

Taste is good. Healthy, lower carb, high fiber option.

I decided to try these because they allegedly freeze well (they absolutely do and thaw at room temperature in a few minutes. They taste great, are healthy and have a thousand uses. I make quick melted cheese wraps, sandwich wraps, put almond butter on them, make pizza with them. Great!

Finally found a flat bread that I can use to make my egg wraps in the morning. Great taste and clean ingredients. Will buy again.

These are tasty flat breads, a little too flat for pizza type toppings, however they still work with a knife and fork. They are fairly large squares (larger than most tortillas) but they can easily be cut on half. Next time I try a roll-up with them I will cut them in half. It seemed like a restaurant order because there were so many packages but since I am a single user I would appreciate the ability to order a smaller package. Luckily I have a chest freezer.

WE LOVE this product and BUY it often HOWEVER the past two times it has come STALE! HARD, and outdated! SO beware and buy directly from the manufacturer! We are now stuck with 10 packs of stale bread and the WON'T do anything about it so think twice before you buy -this is beyond disappointing and I hope Amazon will make it right like they usually do
