Great service and a great product
I got this with my brother for our father, with a touch of our family's sense of humor. I ordered this expecting to receive the package roughly two weeks after order, as that was the standard shipping time provided by the seller. I ordered it 6 days before father's day, and I did not ask for any special handling or expedited shipping. I figured I would just surprise the old man with a late gift.... So imagine my surprise when this mug made it to me the day before father's day!!!!This just shows a level of care for the customer that really stands out, and deserves some recognition before I even discuss the actual product! Now, the mug:The actual mug is well made with a strong powder coat that feels soft, and the lid is actually pretty decent (definitely better than most of the more known options) that is very leak proof, but still provides a vent when drinking. The personalization options were more than enough for me, and more than some of the other companies provided: both in number of options and quantity of characters. The representation of the final look, and the product I received was close enough that I don't see any difference.In the end: I am bowled over with the service, and 150% satisfied with my experience. Will shop again!!!

Every bit as good as the way more expensive cups
Lov e color and printing is very good. Keeps my coffee hot for looooong time. Top could be designed a little better. But definitely will ordermore. Great gift, especially since personalized forfree.

This coffee mug is better for keeping cold drinks cold.
I like the mug but it doesn't keep the coffee warm and you can't warm it up in the microwave. I do howeverlike it for keeping cold drinks cold.

Exceptional!
I was late ordering a birthday gift and I can’t believe how fast the turnaround time was for this item. It was shipped out the same night I ordered it and arrived 2 days later.
