Testors is a long standing favorite of model hobbyists (for both paint and glue/cement). I didn’t find a published list of colors (I had the same question), but the box says most parts are made of black which saves a little work. ;) You might consider the Testors paints set 9115X, which has a basic array of gloss paints or the Testors Automotive Variety set, which I would probably go for. Both are available on Amazon at the time of this writing. Good luck!

no, it is not remote controlled.

how difficult is this car to put together

Depends, it needs paint. The entire thing is made in with either black or chrome plastic, you're going to have to paint every detail yourself. Everything needs to be glued. The hood doesn't attach and the trunk has no interior support, so it is just held together at the front. It is painfully fragile, just looking at it will break it. More detail went into the suspension than into anything else. The suspension is needlessly detailed. The best looking part of the car is on the bottom where it will remain hidden. It does come with a devil's trap for the trunk that doesn't open.

Great gift for the fans!

My daughter is a HUGE Supernatural fan and has been looking to find a model of "Baby". This item was as pictured and worth every penny. I did enjoy the multitude of languages printed on each side of the box and had fun yelling all the details to her in numerous languages. She has yet to build it but upon opening, the product looks easy to build, great instructions, and the details are wonderful! Definitely recommend for the fans.
