Not what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was a heat pump bc that's what I had searched for. And it was the top result with great reviews. I didn't realize it was cooling only until it was too late.

Goodman, what have you done and where is your quality control?!?!Dead compressor after only 4 years.Even with the 10 year warranty (***That the customer MUST apply for at time of purchase***) the labor and materials cost are billed to the purchaser- over $1500.00 !!!!!!The unit is only 4 years old!!!!!Unacceptable quality and cost!!!!!🤬🤬😡🥵🤯🥵🤯🥵
