Photos make this look navy & cream...it’s not.
Ordered this for a bonus room. Thought I was ordering a navy & cream rug...it’s actually navy & tan. Not a deal breaker for us since it’s going in a game room, but thought people should know in case they’re trying to coordinate other furnishings. Otherwise seems like a decent pile for the inexpensive price I paid. Looks good with the flooring and furniture we have in the room. Not sure about durability yet or how easy it will be to clean, but satisfied with my purchase at this time overall.

It's soft but won't stay flat
The look is great and is soft but we can't get it to lie flat. Have tried all sorts of solutions and nothing has worked. Has issues with it bunching even with a rug pad.

Why is there a refun fee?
I do not like that I have to pay to return the rug that is not what I wanted!
