MURTISOL Inflatable Paddle Board Stand Up Paddle Board (Memphis Black)

A main reason I chose this SUP was due to the description of the pump. It sounded like it was much better than the other pumps offered and would inflate the SUP very fast. I just received my SUP today. I went to pump it up and the pump came apart on the 4th pump. So I loosened the screws and attempted to put it back together. It felt like the screws never got snug. They just stripped. Even though I tried hard not to use too much of an up-stroke, the pump came apart again during the initial inflation. Using one hand to hold the pump together and one to pump, I got the SUP inflated. While the pump was together, it did well. But it is awkward and tiring to pump with one hand holding the pump together. Update: Murtisol has gone over-and-above to make this right. They refunded me 50%, but I'm on my own for getting a pump (not a problem). Everything else seems good. Waiting for good weather, I left it pumped up for weeks. No sign of any leakage. Finally got to use the board. It is very stable and easy to use. Perfect for what I wanted.

This board is honestly really nice for the price. My friend got one in a similar price point and my board far exceeds hers. It’s very wide and thick. I always have my 50 lb dog on the board and there is plenty of room for the both of us! I’d highly recommend.Only down side is the paddle broke and won’t go longer, so if you want to sand up the paddle is a little short.

Everything works great except the backpack, the backpack is made very cheap and when I received the backpack there was a small tear in one of the side pockets that holds the pump. Backpack also feels like it's going to tear when everything is packed away in backpack. But other than the backpack I would reccomend this product.

So far so good I've taken it out twice the pump is great we pumped 2 sups up while a friend was still pumping hers with a single barrel pump which came with hers all the little extras included in this were such cool surprises. It's a tad heavy to pack in but the bag is great quality

We Have used our 2 boards a couple of times. Great product. I was iffy based on price but very pleased with product.Highly recommend purchase of electric pump on the side.

Product works as expected. Quality board. Love the backpack to put the paddle board in.

Great product ! The back pack is perfect for easy carry after use. Super stable and good displacement on water!

Board itself is great! Love all the accessories but I have had it 3 weeks and used it twice and the pump broke. It no longer has pressure to inflate. I have contacted the seller. If they send me a new pump then I will give it a five star review otherwise it stays at it two
