The products worked amazingly! I tried other products but they took way too long to get the results. The chemicals I received worked as stated and very well I might add. Will use them again and again.

I thought I was getting a starter kit for spa water care. This kit is missing 4 key components to balance your water. Four of the six items included are not essential. The "deluxe care" additive creates foam with the bubbles which is the WORST invention ever. Who wants to sit in a bubbling spa with soap bubbles in your face. Completely disappointed. I feel like I was duped by the ratings and reviews as a new spa owner.

This is a huge price to pay for a chemical kit where the test strips, guide book, and chemicals are all from different companies so nothing matches and you don't know what to use or how much. Nothing included for alkalinity, which is a basic first step, so using baking soda. Would recommend finding uour stuff elsewhere.

Works great for our hot tub to keep clean and safe.
