Amazing quality
I absolutely love this toaster! It looks great on my kitchen counter with its sleek, modern design, and more importantly, it performs flawlessly. Whether it's regular bread, bagels, or frozen waffles, everything comes out evenly toasted every single time.The controls are intuitive, and the settings are accurate — no more guessing and burning toast. I especially like the bagel setting, which toasts the cut side while warming the outside, and the cancel button for quick stops. The crumb tray is easy to remove and clean, which makes maintenance a breeze.It heats up quickly and doesn’t overheat the kitchen, even with multiple uses back to back. For the price, the quality is excellent. I’m super happy with this purchase!

Looks great and works great.
So far it works as advertised. Bread toasts evenly. Slots are wide for bagels and English muffins.Toasting is a little slower than my now dead expensive Cuisanart

Good with 1 Caveat
This toaster is very basic and what I wanted; just 2 options - bagel and defrost.. I wanted a basic toaster that works well, and this is it. The one reason I only chose 4 stars was because there is no tone indicating the completion of a cycle. I feel that all toasters would have some type of alert to let you know the toasting cycle is complete. Darn it.

Works Great: Looks Great Too
My old retro 60s-look toaster died. I ordered this one and I'm a happy toast-maker again! The unit is attractive: black body, chrome top. It accepts bread or bagels (separate controls, by the way.) Each of the 4 slots can be separately adjusted for toasting time, and retrieving your item(s) early, if you wish, is easy. It works well, is quiet, and looks super-duper!

No toast to burn
I bought this toaster about a month ago first two days it works great, after that it started not to toast or burn all on the same setting. Would not recommend this one at all I give it 1 Stars
