Have had the diffuser since a week or two before Xmas, started diffusing, then stopped. And hasn’t worked since Xmas Eve, oil hasn’t dropped since, I’ve rotated the reeds to try get it to soak up more oil, but no. Nothing works, a waste of money, smelt bad aswel.

Bought 3 of the diffusers and it smells awful ! Nothing like the one I had purchased in the shops. Couldn’t remember where I’d bought it from so ordered on Amazon ! And you can’t get a refund !!
