Macwheel MX1 Electric Scooter, 8.5" Foam Fulfilled Flat-Free Tires, 15.5mph Folding Commuting Scooter

Love this scooter! Very sturdy, super fast, can go uphill and on grass, charges in 4 hours. I definitely made the right choice!

I purchased this scooter at the end of May. The item was broken upon arrival; it was not turning on at all so I couldn't use it.I contacted Macwheel and they agreed to send me a new one.I had to return the broken one but the company didn't cover any costs as they promised they would do.The second scooter wasn't faulty however, I noticed that it was impossible to use it for commuting as the battery life was very short (approx 4miles instead of the 18 as described on the website ).Also, battery life gets worse depending on the person's weight (my boyfriend is 87kg and could only ride until the closest supermarket).After a week, one of the locker's screws got loose and it fell over. I was then unable to fold and carry my scooter.Overall, the scooter has a good design, it feels safe to ride it and the tyres are very good as they don't need much maintenance however, it's not good for commuters. The battery life is very poor and because of this, the item is definitely overpriced.I asked for a refund.

Bought this item in good faith however after a few weeks of gentle use screen went blank and would not power up. Customer service non-existent, seller has asked me to disassemble a number of parts to do their diagnostics for them however nothing has helped. Will not respond to requests for a refund or replacement. Considering legal action as Amazon do not seem to care either. You have been warned.

Do not buy this scooter !!! I had been very pleased with this scooter until I had an error E6 appear on the dash and scooter stopped work I tried contacting customer service and given this should have had a years warranty they were unable to offer repair or replacement and told me to get it repaired locally at my own expense and then get a refund for the cost from them....I personally couldn’t trust that would happen so sold it for parts for £50 what a waste of good money for less than a year of use!!! Parts for this scooter are not available in the U.K....by the Xaiami 365 as that are fully repaired in U.K.

As you can see from my video , the scooter is not longer working and I needed to change the breaks at the back because it broke 3 times so far.After 3 weeks speaking with customer service, they told me that they can apply for a new one to be deliver in my house. This never happened and they have just stop answering me.I bought the scooter in may and I only used it to go to work that it’s 4 km from my house.I suggest you to do not buy this scooter

I bought this for my boyfriend's birthday and on its 4th or 5th use it got water damaged and is completely broken. I know that the seller states not to use it in the rain or submerge in water- he did not do this. He used the scooter after it had been raining so the paths were damp. Bear it mind we live in Ireland and the paths are damp more often than not. he did not go through any puddles or anything that you would reasonably expect to cause water damage to such an expensive "high quality" scooter. I am waiting for a response from the customer service team.

Absolutely horrendous item. Damaged upon arrival, disc break stuck to back wheel, light doesn't work. Seller refused return of the item....Do not use...do not buy

Loved the scooter until screws start coming undone and broke as well as injury Customer care and support is non existence. So I will stay clear away. I don't think this company understands what warranty means either.
