This is the way to buy your yeast!!! With the prices at the grocery stores going up and up, I am now making my own bread (in my bread machine), along with making other types of bread dough's for buns, doughnuts and their holes, etc. Sure beats the prices at the stores and I know exactly what ingredients are in what I am making, and it is always fresh! You never need to worry that you have ran out of your "individual packets"!!!

My first time ever making bread in my life and it turned out better than perfect. I thought it was odd how the package felt hard as a brick when I got it, but as soon as you open it and the yeast touched the air, it loosens. It was just vacuumed sealed obviously. The bread rose amazingly and it turned out delicious. This yeast is enough to last for so so long.

Have a container ready to store it in. It has the air removed from package so it expands upon opening. I spilled some as it fills the heavy foil wrap. Once I contained it, it was fine.We have homemade pizza every Friday night! It’s nice to have a quantity in my pantry and not always making sure I have enough!

My whole wheat bread recipe called for active dry yeast but it didn't rise enough so this time I used this instant yeast instead and it rose great and was fluffier.

We have received our favorite yeast -usually we have purchased the same Fleischmann’s brand for Bread Machine. While reading instructions in the package is treated as the one I am used to bake with.At first thought that something was wrong with the package cause was feeling like a rock was inside 😂 its because the yeast is been packed by a special machine I think - and it’s full of yeast to the top.I am hoping this yeast version works as good as the one for Bread Machine will update later. No need proofing 👈👍Edited: same results 💪 same measurements no need to proof just following the instructions of my Bread Machine and the yeast 👍 recommenced.

Bought this to trap gnats then found out it’s to trap fruit flies so I’ve never used it because thank God they don’t bug me
