There are positives and negatives about this chair. The color is true to the description. It is kind of like a blue Jean color. I am 5'10" and my husband is 6'"4 and we fit well in the chair and can rest our heads when reclined. When the chair is upright we cannot rest our heads. We have the chair in a small living space so we did not want an overstuffed recliner. If that's what your looking for this chair is not for you. The chair reclines (love), rocks only when not reclined (love), and swivels (hate). Initially I thought I wanted a chair that swivel, so whoever was sitting in it could turn to look around into a different room. The swivel causes the chair to be a little unsteady and off kilter. Also, we moved the chair to vacuum and the chair stand left a small grease mark on our carpet. The other negative is the foot rest is really hard to push back in. My husband is big and strong and sometimes it takes him 4-5 strong kicks to kick it back in. I recently had a c-section and could not recline with my baby because I didn't have the strength to push the foot rest back in. Minus the swivel and the tough foot rest we love the chair. It's sleek and great for smaller spaces and we love the color.

Got this chair in preparation for my first baby. In general, have loved it, but there are a few things that I would have liked to have known before purchasing (which is the gamble you take ordering a chair online that you've never sat in!).The foot rest is very hard to put down at first, and is load. This wasn't ideal when I first got home with having just given birth, and then also, would often wake the baby when putting the foot rest down. Also, because it swivels, there were times it would just swivel on it's own if I didn't sit directly in the middle of the chair (not leaning to the left or right). I've had it for over a year now, and it's starting to squeak/creak when rocking. I am sure a little WD40 would fix this, but....annoying.But, I've spent most of my waking hours while at home in this chair so I have a special bond with it now :)

I was nervous about buying a recliner that I had never sat on but I am really pleased with this purchase!The colors are what I would describe as somewhat as a denim navy and a light beige. (I was worried it was going to be a white white so I was happy when it was not.)It is a tall chair. I am 5'4 and my feet barely touch the floor so rocking takes a bit of an effort but not enough to really complain about it.The chair looks really nice and has sleek lines but the the chair is actually comfortable.The hoop on the bottom is very visible which makes stuff that falls (toys mostly here) underneath it easy to see and get out without having to move the whole chair.It reclines using a pull string and is easy to put the recliner down. It is also quiet. Both of these characteristics are especially wonderful if you are using it to rock sleepy babies.Definitely would recommend, especially if you are taller and enjoy/need the leg room.

True to picture with color/design - looks wonderful! VERY easy assembly (took about 3 minutes). Took a REALLY long time to ship. Came slightly crooked because of a bent metal piece, but not worth my time/effort to try and return and wait months for another. Rocks and swivels with ease. Is a little tall to sit - I'm 5'5" and it's about as high as I would want it. Quite plush and comfortable. Reclining foot piece needs some assistance to come all the way up and go back down but not too bothersome. Using in nursery then moving to family room later on. So far so good!

Love the design of this chair and it is a nice accent chair to compliment my other blue furniture. The fabric seems like it is good quality and will hold up well. It also arrived early which was nice because I was excited for it to arrive. My only complaint and why I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is because it is super hard to close shut. I still love the chair though, but they should work on making it easier to close. It has an interesting way it opens you pull a little handle that is on the side of the seat.

This is an awesome chair! I got it for my nursery. It is very comfortable and supportive and fits both me 5’4” and my husband 6’3”. The motion is very smooth and quiet. When in recliner position you can practically fall asleep in it. Only con is that it is hard to get out of with baby when in recliner mode as the foot rest spring is very hard to push back in.I love my chair and would recommend it.

I was VERY sceptical about purchasing a chair online without sitting in it first. While the chair is a little stiff and the footrest is a little hard to put down, as others have mentions, I am happy with my purchase. It is nicer than many of the chairs you find in the nursery/baby stores, and more delicate looking than the bulky recliners you would find in a major furniture store. I look forward to relaxing and breaking in my new chair!

I purchased this chair for a baby rocker and to keep in the living room after we were finished using it as a baby rocker. I was hesitant to order a piece of furniture online, but the reviews helped with my decision! I love this chair. Super easy to put together...it comes in 2 pieces. The chair is super comfortable and easy to rock and turn. The release is easy to pull and the manual foot rest return is a little difficult to get back, but not a deal breaker. We are very happy with this purchase! I also like that it's a little smaller than a typical recliner. Fits well in the living room!

Great value for a combination swivel, rocker, recliner all in one. The only slight issue is when putting back the foot rest you need a bit of force to make it lock into position. Other than that, it is very well put together. Looks exactly like the photo on the website.
