Works like a charm.
I thought I had a bad actuator ended up to be a bad climate control module. Once I put the new one everything worked.

This is the new version. The Dorman 599-260 is remanufactured. Either will work.
Had a dead panel on my 2000 Tahoe. No heat or A/C, or even indicator lights on the panel. Fuses, HVAC controller, blower motor and actuators checked out OK, so this was the only option left. Literally a 5 minute job to replace it, using no tools. Pop off the dash bezel, push the tabs on the panel, and pull to get to the connector. Squeeze, pull, off. Plug the connector into the new module, push back until it clicks, replace dash bezel. Done. Enjoy the cool air.

Did not work and will need to buy another one
Received the controller and the package was good. I did not get around to installing it for a couple months since I rarely drive this vehicle. When it was installed, the rear heat and controls do not work properly with it installed and I loose my AC as well when it is installed. Believe this is a faulty unit and will need to get another one. At first look, Amazon says I missed my window of opportunity to return this item (My own fault for procrastinating). Frustrating!

Not true auto climate control
Easy to install, fan turns on immediately instead of after the engine warms up on the auto setting

Rear air won't turn off.
Product looks like OEM. Looks to be of good quality. The only problem is I have automatic climate control and you can't control rear air. It stays on until you turn off car. Looks just like my old part.
