Where do I start? First I ordered the two half gallons and split it with a friend of mine to make sure I even liked this stuff. I ended up likeing it so much I ordered the two gallons and will continue useing it from here on. Its tasteless so whatever you mix it with is what it will taste like. If you have a magic bullit or blender may I sugest 1cup eggwhites, 1 banana, 1 cup of pinaple or pinaple orange juice, and a few frozen straberrys. Yum!! That alone is filling. On top of it being so good, my delivery was early both times I orderd and came frozen (good thing cause my family decided to leave it sitting out) and very well packed. I have one son that is a vegetarian and one that is not, but neither get enough protein in their normal diets. They eat healthy, just not enough quantity. While the liquid egg whites do not provide the iron my vegetarian son needs, it does provide the protein. I have tried several different brands and flavors of protein drinks/powders, but he didn't like the taste of any of them. I even tried to make it into a smoothie and add fruit, then resorted to chocolate, but still, he did not like the taste. Needless to say, I've wasted a lot of money on protein drinks/powders, because no one in the family likes the taste of any of the protein drinks. Based on the recommendation and description of the liquid egg white from another mom, I decided to try it, and boy am I glad I did! I put it in my vegetarian son's milk at breakfast and dinner, he drinks it all and doesn't complain! After a month, we decided to give it to my meat-eating son, and he drinks it every day too. It is a bit expensive, and since giving it to both sons, we use one gallon every two weeks. The best price is on Amazon, two gallons for $68 plus $6 shipping. I love Amazon for EVERYTHING! We've gone through several gallons, and one of the gallons had a white blob, but once I contacted the seller, it was resolved lightning fast, so I'll most definitely continue to purchase from this seller and through Amazon! The liquid egg white does not look appetizing, but it does not have an odor or taste, and is not slimy like unpasteurized egg whites, so it can really go in any drink; although my vegetarian son prefers it in his milk versus his orange juice. It is delivered frozen (in varying degrees, i.e. completely frozen to half frozen), but it thaws easy enough at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on how quickly you need to use it. We would love to have organic liquid egg white, but none to be found in the USA, and I'm sure it would cost more than an arm and a leg!

We eat a lot of egg whites in my family and I got really tired of cracking eggs and throwing out the egg yolk; so I broke down and order International Egg Whites. They are shipped super fast! I also ordered the pump, which makes them easy to use. They taste delicious and work in all recipes. There is a table on the side of the container that tells you how much of the egg whites equal whole eggs. The downside: they are EXPENSIVE and with the pump on hard to fit in the refrigerator. I do totally recommend this product if you are an egg white eater.

I have had gains in size and strength by using this product. Eggs are a superior source of protein. To me, whey protein never provided much of anything except an insulin spike as soon as I took it. It is a highly processed food that is of dubious value. I like this product and will continue to use it. The only negative aspect that I have encountered is the gas that it produces. It may be that is just my digestive system, but I let go with some horrendous rotten egg farts. I guess you could say that it is a really powerful product...

do not expect from this to get super big and ripped muscles.this is just extra protein to support body.i do not recommend mixing it with protein powders,that way your container will be empty in no time.i just take 4-8 pumps before bed to keep my body anabolic overnight.and yes,it does have taste and smell of egg whites but just that little that you can barely feel it.i cant afford to drink tons of this,and just because i use it so little will buy it again.

Pure and simple. Pasteurized egg whites. They are shipped frozen but by the time they got to me in Kansas they were mostly slushy. I refroze one of the containers and seems fine. I use them for my protein shakes for breakfast and have used them in fruit smoothies they blend perfectly fine. As the instructions say, it's not ideal for omelets but it still works. And get the pump when you order. It makes it a thousand times easier to get them out of the containers.

I have used this for 3 months now. No one really has explained about muscle gains with this product so let me be the first. I have used protein powders before and have not noticed results like I have this product. You feel mentally sharp with this item and strong. It makes juices taste a little better in a egg white kind of way. This company ships there products to your home pretty quickly.
