we love item only had it a week though but so far so good if you have hard floors and young children its a game changer very easy to set up and charge battery and very lightweight to use u can get rid of smelly mops etc this is all you need but keep your broom i would advise a quick sweep before use you don't want to hoover up bits of legs etc ideally

Bought brand new assembled did not work after all the television advertising and saying how good it's supposed to be I am very deflated and unhappy about spending good money and being brand new wouldn't work

This has to be the poorest hoover ever invented, no attachments, can't reach corners or edges and uses lots of solution quickly. You still need to hover afterwards and would be quicker with a regular hoover and then a mop.
