Frida Mom Donut Pillow Perineal Comfort Cushion with Cold Pack for Pain Relief, Postpartum Essentials

Super comfortable. I have a terrible pregnancy thrombosed hemorrhoid and it’s given me so much relief. I had another circle cushion I like but this one is more comfortable. The self blow up feature doesn’t work but I don’t mind blowing it up myself because it’s comfortable and easy to carry. The ice packs don’t really help my bottom but will be nice for my vagina once I give birth.

This was a lifesaver after my delivery. It was easy to carry room to room, and held its inflation. The auto-inflate didn't work well, but it only took a couple breathes to fill it.

I wasted money on this and it’s non-returnable. I followed the instructions and it would not self inflate after 10 minutes. I had to manually blow it up and once I did I discovered there was a small hole in it. When it was inflated, I tested it out, and it was extremely uncomfortable and hard, and the dimensions of it are smaller than what I thought. The Center opening isn’t that big so I wouldn’t recommend getting it if you have an all over soreness. This is the worst inflatable seat cushion I have tried..

This pillow did help with my pain after having an episiotomy. Soooo much better than the plastic donut one that you get at the hospital. I never needed to use the ice pack feature though. My only complaint that led me to return the product is the auto inflate feature didn't work well. When flat I basically had to manually blow it up instead.

This was very useful for me postpartum, I had a bad 2nd degree tear and couldn't sit without this for WEEKS. I took it everywhere with me and had to even use it in the car. The cold pack seemed kind of useless though its kind of hard and that didn't feel too great to sit on with the second degree tear.

This did help relieve pressure but it never self inflated, and the gel pack wasn't worth the upsell. However, it was not difficult to inflate. I would have simply bought a cheaper donut because this really helped me when I drove to work post-surgery and return to sitting in a work chair.

I bought this donut pillow while I was pregnant and thank God I did! I ended up having an episiotomy when I gave birth and ouch does that hurt! Thank God I had this pillow when I did bc if not I would’ve been sitting on one cheek in the car ride back home and to the many doctor appointments after giving birth. Ladies, do yourself the favor and get this pillow before you give birth, as I like to say better to have and not need than to need and not have.

Got this after my first delivery and just want to share why the reviews are mixed. Some people say it’s uncomfortable, which I thought it was at first too - until I just deflated it a bit and made it softer. You can inflate or deflate this as much as you’d like, making it firm or soft. I inflated it way too much the first time and thought it was even worse to sit on than a regular chair. Once I found the right softness, it was significantly better! And I had an almost 3rd degree tear. I am about to have my second little one and just reordered :)
