I purchased this plug kit exclusively for my SXS to give me peace of mind when riding the trails. I unfortunately had to use it not long after it arrived. This kit has it all--easy to use reamer tool, plug insert, pliers, razor--and more. I am especially impressed with the quality of the plugs themselves since not all plugs are made equal. These are soft, sticky, and sturdy and will work on tire punctures like a dream. I like the carrying case which keeps all the items neatly arranged and easily accessible. You will be amazed at what all comes in the kit! Excellent value for the money and a must for a trail rider!

Great complete tire repair kit. Comes with more than you’ll probably ever need. Nice that the kit has a slim case. Fits well under seats and storage compartments.

Nice complete kit. Price is right for all that you get. BUT....the most important piece, the tool used to insert the plugs, seems like it has an improper depth. Pushing it in all the way until it bottoms out to the stopper causes the plug to be lost inside the tire. I have to be careful to stop it myself instead of relying on the stopper. Maybe there's an adjustment or set screw but I haven't checked. The case isn't perfect. It doesn't hold everything in securely on the top half, namely the pliers. Other than that, I recommend it due to the completeness of the kit for the price.

I have used this set twice already and it’s working out great. The hard case keeps everything organized and in one place… I just slide it underneath my car seat for storage and easy access. It comes with extra parts for the plug insertion tool and I really put a lot of stress on it and was not able to break it but I did accomplish my goal which was plugging my tires so it’s great. The only thing I added to the set was a small spray bottle with a little bit of soapy water so I can spray the tire to find the leak which works great. Just spray your tire and were it bubbles and bingo you found your leak! Many of the new cars come with a tire sealant and inflation kit but there is an issue with using the kit if you have a car that monitors air pressure than the whole tire and wheel will need to be cleaned out and the sensor for the tire will need to be cleaned and or replaced and recalibrated. using this tire plug kit eliminates all of that drama and cost.

Never had a single puncture in 10+ years of driving, until last year not one but two punctures happened. Couldn't trust the cheap plugs so tried this one, this proved to be the right decision. The quality of the plug is good, very thick and very sticky. The special tools made inserting and pulling easy. The plugged tire had no air leaks, is as good as a permanent fix, been driving on them for about a year now, no problem whatsoever.

For the second time whilst I was out in my van I got a flat tyre due to a screw in the tread. My van never had a spare wheel with it or anywhere to put it. Like so many new vehicles it adds to the weight and therefor reduces the MPG or the Milage with electric vehicles, also it adds to the cost for the manufacturer, and on so many new cars the space is taken up by batteries so there is no where to put one. Last time this happened I had to get someone to come out to me and fit a new tyre, this cost £245 since it was an emergency job (and I was stuck at the side of the road) , and also I waited 1.50 Hours for them to turn up (this after having to prepay by card before they would even come out). This time I removed the screw and used the kit to repair the tyre in situ (didn't even take the wheel off). I does take a bit of force to push the plug into the tyre but it was an easy job otherwise. I Re-inflated the tyre with a small 12v compressor and was back on the road in about 10 minutes. I was able to drive about until I could get an appointment to have the tyre changed by a local tyre company for £125. I now always carry this kit and a small compressor with me in the van, is a very good kit as I no longer have to worry about getting stranded somewhere with a simple flat.
