This scent starts as a very sugary, straight caramel scent on my skin. It's absolutely delicious. After about 3-4 hours, it turns into something pretty similar to BR540. To me, it doesn't really smell near as sweet on the dry down, I think it smells kinda like saffron? It also almost pulls slightly soapy like the original dove soap bar scent on me, but it's more than just soap and definitely has a BR540 vibe. I tried one dupe of BR540 called Better Rouge and it made me horribly nauseous, this does not do that to me at all. As someone obsessed with gourmand scents, I was really hoping the caramel scent would stay so for that reason I would give 4.5 stars, but it's not the companies fault that I just am not totally in love with BR540 DNA. This scent will last all day, probably about 8-9 hours before it starts sitting much closer to the skin. It's also pretty strong, I'd give it like a 7/10 for strength. Because of how sweet this can pull, I'd say it leans slightly more feminine, but it isn't necessarily a girly scent, just sweet and rich. If you have the confidence for sweet scents, then men could very easily pull this off as well :)
