Maybelline Super Stay 24, 2-Step Liquid Lipstick Makeup, Long Lasting Highly Pigmented Color with Moisturizing Balm, Keep It Red, Red, 1 Count

At first, I wasn't impressed. The name of this is Maybelline Super Stay 24. Maybe I'm dumb, but I presumed the "24" meant the lipstick lasted 24 hours. It so does not.But take out that "24". What you're left with is an easy to apply liquid lipstick. Wait a few minutes, and apply the built-in gloss for a superlative shine. This color will stay with you while you drink your breakfast coffee. Depending on what you have for lunch, the color may fade, but mostly on the lower lip. After lunch, brush your teeth (do NOT remove the lipstick), reapply the color, wait a few, then reapply the gloss. This stuff will last until the end of the work day and possibly even beyond.i find several things impressive about this lipstick: the number of colors, both matte and shimmer; the built-in gloss; the fact that the color is relatively "thin" so you don't have to take time to fully remove if you don't have to--just layer the color, wait a minute, apply the gloss and go. My favorite lip colors are the deep, dark reds, so my favorite one here is Optic Ruby. I have one in my bathroom and in my handbag. And the price is reasonable.In my opinion, Maybelline does a fine job of lipsticks. The closest rival to Super Stay 24 is Maybelline Matte Ink (Exhilarator and Voyager for the dark reds). I wore those colors for years before I retired because the color really did stay on forever, even through lunch. The only problem was my lips would sometimes become dry, and if I tried any kind of gloss, the lipstick would smear.So at this point in my life, this lippie is my favorite. Hope this helps. Thanks.

I have been using this product for years. As a nurse I stayed very busy and did not have time to keep reapplying lipstick. This lipstick stays on all day, even when eating. It feels smooth and goes on effortlessly. The clear cover also gives it a nice shine. It does not dry my lips. One tube of this can last me close to a year. Try it and you won’t be disappointed.

Love this product. I've tried several other lip tints or stains and they all disappointed. This product is easy to use and really does last. Be sure to let the lip tint dry completely before applying the gloss. The lip tint is very mat and dull before the gloss is applied. I ate and drank after the application and the product did not transfer to the glass. There was not an unpleasant odor or any caking. I will purchase this product in other colors. I also used it as a blush, and it was easy to apply and did last all day.

This lipstick lasts longer than others I've tried but not even close to 24 hrs. It slowly faded away and was gone in 8 hours. The color is very pretty.

This is a fantastic lipstick! It applies wet like a gloss but dries to a firm finish, which can feel a bit dry. Thankfully, the included lip balm solves that issue without removing the lipstick. However, when I tried using a different chapstick, it mixed with the lipstick and caused it to come off like regular lipstick.While it’s not completely all-day or eat-proof, only a small amount comes off when I eat. For the most part, it stays on well and doesn’t require frequent reapplication like traditional lipsticks.I ordered a few colors and only kept two that I really liked. Some shades didn’t look as advertised once applied, but the ones I kept are gorgeous. The red is a true, classic red, and the plum is a lovely soft pink/purple. I’m loving both of these and feel very happy with my purchase. A solid choice for long-lasting, vibrant color!

Maybelline 24-hour Lipstick is for REAL!Just like advertised. Goes on smoothly and stays on all day/night. Purchased 2 so I would have a backup! Try it.

I like the long lasting effects but it is drying out of your lips. It leaves my lips cracked and super dry. Like the bright color. Even with the lip moisturizer after a while of use it is dry. Maybe it is just me. It goes on smoothly, is sticky with the moisturizer, has a nice glass from the moisturizer and does not have any noticeable smell.

This brand stays on as it advertises; they have so many shades to choose from! I have spent a lot over the years trying to find a lipstick that won’t smudge, unsuccessfully . However Maybellin is the one! I’ve used it for several years now and I’m pleased with it.
