Good product but $100 cheeper from the manufacture!
This will be my second Schiit DAC and almost got it from Amazon. Then realized ordering directly from Schiit wound save $100! Yikes! They sell it for $699.

Incredible dac
This dac is worth the price of admission.Most expensive dac purchased by me.Early 70's rock,early alternative music, to Pandora listening to ambient/chill music is nothing short of incredible.This dac even makes Pandora sound good and I love Pandora for music.Careful listening through my headphones(Grado rs1e,sr 125e,Beyerdynamic dt 990 pro,and several others) comparing it to the Modi 3 it really brings out more detail with higher resolution in sound.The current Modi is no slouch but ungrade-itis got the best of me to purchase the Bifrost 2 .Sometimes I transfer the Bifrost between my blu ray player and home stereo using the rca out jacks to listen to Pandora and It exudes incredible sound in that aspect also.I have it set up between a Schiit Loki and Vali2 amp most of the time and love it regardless of which set up I use with my equipment
