Works!!!
I wasn't really expecting much from this as it's about 1/2 what I have paid for other products. It doesn't have a gauge, so you have to be careful while filling as overfilling can cause more problems.I've used similar products, so I just filled it based on previous experience which was maybe 10 - 15 seconds.I was actually pretty shocked how much of a difference it made. Just as good as anything else I've used.I'd buy it again for sure and would only caution you to fill a little at a time as to not overfill the system.Enjoy the cold A/C again!!! Highly recommend!

BAD NEWS ALL THE WAY AROUND! GARBAGE QC LEAKS OUT FROM BOGUS FITTINGS!
I purchased this item and waited for it to arrive. I could have bought something locally at my auto parts store but wanted to save some money. What a mistake. This leaked most of the refrigerant out from a defective hose that was not sealed properly. Contacted the seller and never heard back. Beware of tashy sellers and defective merch like this. Big mistake...ended up buying somethin local and it worked fine. 5 thumns doewn for defective productr and no existant customer service. BEWARE...STAY AWAY!

Not worth it. You're better off buying a different brand and proper hardware to do it.
I purchased this item for two reasons. First: The integrated hose. My friend let me borrow his set of manifold gauges and his vacuum pump. But if it already includes a hose, that saves me some effort. Second: My cooling system takes 14 oz of refrigerant, and this is the only product I saw that contained exactly 14 oz. Every other product was either 12 oz or 18+ oz, and I didn't want partial cans of refrigerant sitting around. One of the questions in the Q&A section asks if you can use your own hardware instead of the included one. The manufacturer replied that yes, you can use your own hardware. This would imply that the can has a threaded top and a self-sealing valve to accept standard AC gauges. It does NOT, so I was unable to use my manifold gauges. It has the same type of nozzle as if you took a can of spray paint and removed the plastic push-button.The hose construction was poor. When I tried to recharge the AC system, the refrigerant was leaking from where the button connects to the hose, where the hose is crimped on the entrance side, where the hose is crimped on the exit side, and at the quick-connect coupling. A few times I got a quick cold burn from the refrigerant leaking onto my finger (despite wearing gloves) and had to stop to let my finger warm back up for a second.I managed to empty the bottle, but I don't know how much actually made it into the AC system. Overall, my AC is now blowing cold...ish. Not "sub-zero" as the product name implies, but useable. I contacted the manufacturer for a refund due to the poor quality and the incorrect information about the ability to use the standard gauges. They claimed that the answers in the Q&A section can be written by anyone, so the answers there are not "official" by any means. This contradicts the fact that "The MANUFACTURER replied that yes, you can use your own hardware." They offered a $10 refund, which I accepted. Overall, my AC system is working decently, and, factoring in the refund, the entire thing was completed for less than $10.Doing it at the mechanic would be over $300, so I'm not too broken up about it.

AC cool air is back - yay me!
July in North Carolina and my AC was blowing air that felt like hot breath. This was an easy way to recharge - better that giving a couple hundred bucks to some repair shop. I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews. But it worked well and at a great price. I followed the simple instructions. There was small leak from the nozzle but overall it was easy-peasy. I'm not sweating in traffic any more.

Why
You guys have such a great product with this why would you put this cheap little hose for a refill with very little length involved, this made the job very messy and difficult.
