Very interesting book.

Was not expecting the things I've been learning since I started reading this book. The first couple of pages brought tears to my eyes because all of my parents are gone. Died from high blood pressure, Stokes, diabetes, cancer etc. Coming across this book at this time in my life is divine. I've been brought back to reality because the Great Dr. Llaila Afrika (may peace be upon him) does not sugar coat anything. He tells it as we need it. Straight up. Every Black Man and Woman needs to read this informative book. So much on the Afrikan way is taught within. Definitely a book to study and read several times

This book is a gem. Dr. Africa gives a thorough break down of the mental psychosis displayed in Western society which is currently being displayed (and throughout history) in their treatment of African people, Mother Nature, animals, food, medical science, practically anything that exists outside of themselves. The books offers an explanation as to why western culture is destructive by nature, but most importantly it offers ways Africans can return to a holistic diet in order to return to our spiritually centered selves as well as combat the onslaught of filth and disease that our society throws our way.

Great book full of important information, i wish the order of the book was different but nonetheless I’m happy with this purchase I’m learning I’ve had a really bad relationship with food ready to do better know that i know better.

I love Dr. Afrika and all of his wisdom he provides in this books, his others books and many of his lectures. If you're looking to open up your understanding and increase your wisdom on Black nutritional health, this is a book you will not regret. Just get it!

Enlightened reading experience thus far. Had to get use to the style of writing with the use of “Caucasian” so frequently. But it’s filled with great knowledge, years of research and love for our black culture.

Love the nutritional and African medical wisdom in this book. The white bashing gets a little tedious after awhile, though. I agree that the white race looks to be blamed for a lot of heinous crimes against humanity. Many of us don't want to continue that. Our white leaders (the psychopathic minx that they are) will never change. Can't we all just get along on this ever shrinking planet?

The author's style takes a bit to get used to; however, it became clear that the intention was to communicate to a broad audience. That task is accomplished

O livro chegou em boas condições, dentro do prazo previsto e sem taxas extras. Entretanto, tem uma capa um tanto mole e maleável, não tem orelha e as páginas são um pouco transparentes, mas nada que prejudique a leitura. Pelo valor, esperava uma impressão de maior qualidade, mas entendo que o preço também diz respeito à uma compra internacional. No mais, acredito que o conteúdo compense quaisquer observações negativas sobre a impressão.

This book is a manifest of racism and hate. I expected a serious work about a problem that does actually exist, a critical discussion about the issue, but NOT statements like "the white capitalistig pig", the whites are cruel, violent and greedy " and so on.... This would probably not even be published in Europe with it's clear racist content. Unfortunately, this book cannot be taken seriously. Racism is nothing we should support, no matter where it comes from.

History of poisoned food and vegetables, as well as history of the caucasoid race. Surprisingly the most disgusting book in some parts i read.

Overpriced for a paperback but definitely worth a read. I have since bought further copies as gifts. The author is gobsmackingly blunt and gives much food for thought. Some statements are downright ludicrous eg the section on nursery rhymes and other statements will give you many belly laughs!

Mind blowing. Things we simply don't know or think about. A seriously important book to read but important to take a constructive approach to it, to use wisely its information for the possible benefit of all.
