The frame arrived with a separated corner, which I had to re-glue. Then as I started to add photos, I realized that the glass was not glass, but plexi-glass, which isn't a problem except it was marred with multiple fine scratch marks that you don't see except when the light is just right. Attempted to buff them out only to create more. Super soft plexi-glass even though it's identified as HD. If the frame was made with glass, it would have been perfect.

I purchased this picture frame to make a gift, and did not have time to order/find a new one. I had to repair it - first, I tried super glue which did not hold, then I used wood glue to put the corner of the frame back together. I would like to say that it was broken only as an unfortunate result of shipping, however I could see when repairing that it was very poorly constructed to begin with. Also, I read in the description that it had "plexiglass" in it, instead of regular glass. It really seems more like a very thin sheet of plastic, not the quality I expected for a picture frame. I have bought many frames over the years, there is not much to this one for the price.

Nice wood frame. It's plexiglass (I was expecting glass, but I may not have read description thoroughly). One of the mat openings was kind of bowed, but it's not noticeable once pictures are in. I used it for wedding pictures for a gift for my son and daughter-in-law. Looks great! The packaging was not good, however. Just in its own box inside a bigger box for shipping. No padding inside at all. I'm glad the frame wasn't damaged.

Very nice. Frame that is not the standard size, which is nice to add to a wall collage.

I wouldn't recommend this item. The frame is cheaply made and not worth the price.

I do not think it is a good value. What I dislike most is that the very cheap plastic “glass” was scarred up. It’s flimsy, but except for the plastic, it looks okay at a distance. Overpriced for what I got.
