Why is mine taking over a month to get to me

Dear customer. It could take longer if your order is being dispatched from abroad. We ship from uk. Our customers in USA get their orders delivered in 10 to 12 working days. Kind regards, Brightfuture-uk

The item pictured shows an expiration date from 2014. Are they all going to be outdated?

The one I got recently has an expiration date of 24.01.2020

Whats the difference between the basic pack and the premium pack other then the 4 dollar price difference ?

The premium is helluva lot bigger.

Will the item melt during the shipping process?

Absolutely it will melt and turn into a blob, and it taints the entire chocolate in look and flavor. They should never ship this product without a dry ice pack. I ordered four and they were all disgusting, a total waste of over $20! I'm pretty angry about it.
