Original style replacement got me up and running
The original part has a weakness. On my particular generator, the spigot coming out of this petcock, where the hose to the carburetor connects, is very close to the pull starter handle and if the handle is drawn at just a certain angle, it can hit this spigot and break it off. The material is pot metal and that stem has little strength. Fortunately, we have two generators and used one to keep going when our electricity went off during a storm. There are many sources for this little petcock but this deal seemed the best. The new one went right in place and works find. I bought a spare so next time this happens I can change it on the spot if need be.

Good Quality, Noteworthy Installation
Good Quality, Perfect fit however a bit tricky to get tightened and positioned because of the two directional threading on the housing for the nut. Not sure why it was designed that way. The original was designed to allow the nut to spin freely until engaged with the upward threads which let you maintain the orientation while tightening the nut. If you work with it, it does tighten and position correctly and does not leak. No seal tape was required thanks to a nice O-ring on the filter part.

Good Fit
My Westinghouse Generator Wgen3600 was leaking fuel into the air filter (sponge-filter). I replaced the fuel valve with this one and it worked well. It was easy to install and had all necessary parts including the tube-fuel filter.

Good quality, easy install
This valve was a perfect fit and was easy to install. Quality was great, and is an upgrade from the original. Price was very reasonableI have about 20 hours of run time so far with absolutely no issues.

Fit prefect on a harbor freight 4375 watt generator

Works great
Changed it out 30 days a go. See how long it will last. My generator is 14 years old. The plastic o ring deteriorated gas was leaking from the side of the shut off valve. Replacement was easy. Just need the correct wrench. Hard spot to get into with an adjustable wrench.
