FoxelliChest Waders – Waterproof 2-ply Nylon/PVC Camo Hunting Fishing Waders for Men and Women with Boots

I was a bit surprised at how well these waders turned out for the price. After 2 duck seasons they held up pretty well. No leaks or damage. They stayed waterproof and kept me dry. There is a big vest pocket for your your phone or extra shell.The soles are not padded, so through in some inserts if you want a more comfortable walk. The only other downside is the waders smell quite strong at first. You will need to leave them outside for quite some time before they smell normal.Overall, this was a good purchase at a great price.

I bought these to get out on a pond on my property. It's overgrown with crap and I need to rip it all out, work on the inflow and outfall pipes, restack rocks and such. The boots are very grippy and fit my feet well with thick wool socks- I don't "walk out" of the shoes part.The pond water is very cold, but I was comfortable in a thin poly base layer, BDU pants and a fleece top. The fit was just right- not too loose and not too tight. I found the shoulder straps to be wide and stretchy, with good grip on the elastic. The catches are easy to fasten and unclip; they never came undone accidentally. The belt is wide and helps to reduce bulk. I didn't mess with the pockets. The waders seem just a bit stiff in cold water, but to me that helped me stay stable. I could also feel the extra protection in the knee area, and that's good as I'm not sure what all sticks and rocks are along the shore.I didn't rinse the mud and pond plants off the waders when I was done- they seemed to slide right off anyway. I let them drip dry on the back porch and they dried quickly, with no swamp smell. The storage bag is just big enough; a bit bigger would be nice.I think they are a super value for the price. Whoever specced them out did their homework for a well designed product at a super price. The company seems intent on ensuring each person is satisfied with their purchase, so order a set and see if you like them.

I ordered these waders with low expectations, given they are HALF the price of the waders at Bass Pro. But, I really liked that they have a woven nylon fabric outer layer— a tough fabric to protect the rubber lining inside— since I plan to wear these grubbing in dirt, mud and rocks while fossil hunting. So, I placed order and they shipped out FAST! (A+!) The waders look great and the boots fit fine. I was worried based on other reviews but the boots are quite STURDY. Nice solid soles with heavy , Vibrum-like treads. Boots are shorter than full wellingtons of course, but that’s to be expected for ease of wearing. The waders even came with an extra swatch of the outer shell fabric, for repairs and such. Very good!The ONLY problem I have with these are the FIT (and that’s MY fault, not Foxelli’s). Unfortunately, the pant legs are just too short and slightly too NARROW for my legs. I’m only 5’11”, but the waist of the waders just barely made it up to my waist. The webbing waist belt is NOT adjustable and just barely fit around my waist/hips (because of low inseam and also, I am female so I’m sure my hips are a bit wider than men’s — but I can wear men’s 40 waist pants without problems so??) The waist issue is minor, however, compared to the main PROBLEM I encountered with these waders: the legs are so narrow that it’s very difficult for me to bend my knees in them. The knees of these pants have extra thick knees (extra rubber there it seems?) -x which are EXCELLENT for longevity, but because of their narrowness, the rubber pulls hard across my knee caps— VERY uncomfortable. After just 10 minutes my knees hurt! I could barely kneel down in them and, worse, because of the tightness and binding, I could BARELY stand back up in them! (I had to grab a chair & pull myself up—could not bend my leg fully at the hip like I’d need to to get back up.) (Basically I cannot do the “down on one knee” position, akin to man proposing marriage, in these waders because of their narrow legs. Darn!!! I am SO bummed because I really LOVE these waders in all other ways!I will contact Foxelli to see if they have a model with a longer inseam length (or wider legs?) so I can exchange these. (TIP TO BUYERS: Check the inseam lengths so you don’t make same mistake as I did! I thought that just going up an extra size would make for an ample fit, but that was a dumb assumption on MY part because a lot of times that’s NOT how sizes scale. I should have known better! So, yeah, this problem is easily avoidable— I was just impatient/lazy!!) So far, the company has been excellent in every other way. I’m completely happy with the other products I bought from them (forehead strap led lamp & a waterproof cellphone “dry bag.”) I will DEFINITELY shop again from this company for my outdoor equipment needs. I’ll update this review once I’ve sorted out the sizing issue on the waders. Thanks for reading this far! Happy hunting all.

I have not hunted ducks in over 30 years but I recently got the bug. I didn't know what to expect when I started gearing up to get back out there. I was very surprised to see the low price on these Foxelli waders after all these years. And the excellent reviews gave me confidence that they would perform well.I have got to say that these waders outperform even my highest expectations! They are very lightweight which is important when you're lugging a lot of gear. They are also very well insulated, which was surprising considering how lightweight they are. I hunted in 36° weather standing in thigh-deep water most of the time, and my feet were the warmest part of my body (of course the water is not frigid cold yet). I also like how they fit.I am 6'1" and 205 lbs. with normal shoe size of 10-1/2. I got size 11 waders and they fit perfectly. They are VERY comfortable. The bonus waterproof phone case was a nice touch, and it saved my phone a couple of times when I got in water that was a little too deep! I can't say enough about these great waders. Well done, Foxelli.

I ordered these because I found my Neoprene were just to warm and were restricting my movement. They were fine during later season when weather gets really cold, but I'm 75 and really like my waders to let me move easily with out any restrictions and these fit the bill. To early to see how their durability is but as of now I have made the right choice.
