Only lasted one season
Only lasted 3 months in the desert. When I tried to fire it up this year it didn’t work. So I contacted the seller and they said it’s out of warranty and they won’t replace it.

Garbage motor. No return option. AVOID.
Motor arrived DOA. No return option available. Lost $150. AVOID buying Dial motors.UPDATE: After taking this motor apart and messing with it, I got it running on low speed (1/4 HP only). So, if you want a 1/4 HP motor for a 3/4 HP price and are willing to spend a few hours on YouTube learning all about AC motors, adjusting the thermal overload circuit so it doesn’t shut off when it’s trying to do what it’s supposed to be designed for, etc., then this is your motor. I can’t get it running on high even with the smallest pulley, so won’t be doing this ever again.
