Heavy duty cover and it is waterproof in heavy rain and boating, but I have never taken it swimming. It does muffle speaker, mic, and ringer volume though. Touch screen works great. Buy it.

I had originally ordered this case for my Samsung S10e, and it worked great. The case was waterproof and had survived many drops. However, the fingerprint reader on the side of the case was starting to peel and come off after a couple of months of use. I think that this may have been a manufacturing error, so I contacted the seller. The seller was happy to send a replacement for the case. The store has great customer service and happily honors its warranty without many issues.

this case appears well built, it goes together and comes apart nicely. Seems sturdy for any abuse a phone may accidentally come up against. The waterproof feature is GREAT. The functions work (out of water). Don't expect to have a (verbal) conversation, as you can barely hear through the case. While underwater you can not perform any functions via the touch screen and if you initiate things out of water (such as video) it may or may not function... as I had it "freak out" at times and act "scetchy". It seems as though using the down volume will take photos if photos are initiated out of water (although I had some anxiety and didn't try a lot)

I'll be honest, the case is amazing in regards to protection and usability... however I did order two of them and I'll tell you why. The first one I ordered, the finger print reader "cover" didn't work. It would tell me over and over to wipe the sensor or put my entire finger over it. It also would tell me that I was trying to unlock the phone when I wasn't even touching it. So the first case, I cut out the plastic and used it for about a month. My only issue here is that it was not fully sealed from water. I ordered a second one to use as a waterproof case for the river and such so I would only have to deal with the finger print reader when I would be in the water, however this case seems to work perfectly! The finger print reader works every time and I have no issues with water or anything! For the price, its not bad compared to the price of the phone for me to have 2 cases :-)

It looks really nice on the phone. And the little notch missing from the right side over the power button allows for much easier access to the fingerprint reader which is by far better than any case I've ever had for this device. The reason I only gave it three stars is the built-in screen material on the front and back of the case is extremely reflective I constantly have to reposition the phone when holding it to see past the glare and it's almost impossible to use it in a car mounted cradle because the glare completely blinds out the screen image. I'm also not really sure why the back is clear The only thing on the back that needs to be clear is the window for the camera but other than that very nice product.

I was planning to buy a Caselogy for my new phone since that is what protected my previous phone for 3 years, however my wife informed me there are durable and sealed new cases available. I was somewhat skeptical that the screen response and fingerprint reader would work, however the screen response is no different from my previous phone with a glass screen protector. The fingerprint reader doesn't work 100%, but neither did my previous phone (maybe it's my finger). No problems with the audio, as other reviewer's have mentioned. This is a good case and I would recommend it if your shopping for a waterproof and shock resistant case.

this case makes phone calls sound so muffled it's like you cannot be heard by the person on the other line. It sounds like a fish tank as described by my cousin while on the phone with her. Thus, to utilize phone calls (I know super old fashioned), you have to take the case completely off and that's a pain, but I'll get to that later in this review.The case also prevents you entirely from being able to utilize the stupid finger print sign in. Which is definitely not the phone cases fault, it is Samsung's fault for putting a fingerprint sensor on the lock button, thanks for the horrible update. However, the phone case is cheaply made and the screen "protector" is more like a "screen ruining device". The screen protector part allows dirt underneath somehow. You can't clean it off. You can't get the specs off so no matter what there is always something underneath the plastic part. The fingerprints won't come off either. I've always protected my phones diligently and they all look brand new when they come out of their cases because I usually double up screen protectors. You can't have a glass screen protector or regular protector underneath as the plastic part is far too thick and you'd have to raise screen sensitivity by a substantial amount. So you can pick the thick plastic with dirt or the regular protector and then you'd have to destroy the purpose of "waterproofing" the phone that the case is supposed to do in the first place with the thick ass plastic.The phone fits so tightly in this case too that it's like trying to pull on a XX-Small shirt and you wear a large. It's not easy to get out of the case either. I suppose that provides protection. but it's inconvenient. I kept the case I purchased because I can't go without a case even if the case is junk. I also didn't return it because it was one of the only one's that allows biometric unlock to be utilized (even though the damn thing doesn't let you use it anyway, ugh). I'm waiting for a while because the S10e is a garbage phone in comparison to other Samsung models. (Thanks, but no thanks Samsung). Then hopefully they'll come out with a better case, or there will be some better Samsung model that I can upgrade to.
