I had to look for food with low phosphorus for a male cat with repeated urinary obstructions. Said cat being super-picky with food and totally refusing to eat any prescription cat food for his condition. I went through over $150 of "buy a couple of cans of this and a couple cans of that maybe he wants to eat it" until I tried this. He loves it.It stinks of fish. It looks like gloops with some shreds and bits in it. The main thing here is, I am not the one who is supposed to like it. The cat is. And the cat LOVES it

Our cats love this brand. Its always good to add a good wet food to your cats daily diet!

I bought this can cat food as my cat isn’t fond of the pate cat food. My cat prefers moist cat food with meat and some gravy. The 1st can opened was 95% gravy. My cat came running to eat and when he bent down to eat, he didn’t even get a inch to his bowl & walked away. I picked it up and smelt of it but to me it didn’t stink, really didn’t have a smell. I let it sit there most of the day and after my cat passed by it several times and kept going and looking up at the cabinets where he knew that his cat food was kept, I decided to throw the cat food out. I tried a 2nd can next day, thinking that something might have been wrong with the 1st can, and seeing that my cat had to be hungry that maybe he would at least taste it. Not a go!! Turned his nose up to it again. I ended up giving the remaining cans to someone that I knew was feeding a stray cat as it would have cost me more in gas to drive to a UPS store to have it shipped back to Amazon. My advice, if your cat is picky about any kind of cat food, Do Not Order unless you don’t mind wasting gas money to return unused cans.

My cat doesn't like any of the canned Weruva, just the pouches. (She's crazy for the pouches, especially Turkey & Tuna Tickles). I thought pouch food and can food would be similar but they're not - according to my cat anyway. When I give her can Weruva she licks up only the liquid and apparently dislikes the solid chunks, which she leaves behind on the plate. Your cat may vary.

I am looking looking to change the eating habits of one of my 3 cats. (And lower the cost of feeding just her alone which is over $200 mo). Its always the same. 1st time she tries it. 2nd time she tries enough to confirm its the same food. 3rd she passes with a not now not ever again flick of the tail. But I have discovered that its not only Lizzie( problem cat) but not even the other two will eat any of the selects from Weruva foods. Sorry Weruva.

I had purchased these flavors in pouches and my cat devoured them. I decided to purchase the cans so i could get more food than the pouches and i like the fact i can recycle the cans, one less thing in the landfill. Well neither of my cats will eat the food from the cans. Still love the pouches. Now im stuck with 4 8-packs of food my cats wont touch.

My cat threw up as soon as she ate it. I put it out the next 3 days and she wouldn't eat it, so I smelled it and I've never smelled anything so bad in my life! It was obviously tainted. Read the fine print. This is made in Taiwan I just can't even believe I bought it! Horrible!
