Good little jump box, good little compressor.
Iโve had this unit for a few months now and I havenโt had any issues with it so far. The jump box part: Iโve jumped my Toyota FJ cruiser a few times after letting it sit long enough for the battery to go flat and it had more than enough power for the truck to crank right over and start. Iโve also jumped a 1978 Monte Carlo that was sitting for about 2 years. Good results with the jump box portion of it. The compressor part: itโs slow, but steady. It takes about 4-5 minutes to bring a 33x11.50 on an 18โ rim from 15 psi to 35 psi. I use it for topping up a leaky tire on my Corolla every few weeks. The gauge on the back is easy to read and pretty accurate. Definitely a useful little tool to have in the shop.

Very Useful
Easy to use and holds its charge well. Nephew has an older car and bad habit of draining the battery while his phone charged or had the radio on. Keeps this in the trunk and gets him back up and going. Well made and solid.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND>The battery in this thing is amazing.
I've had a number of jump boxes with air compressors in them over the years. And they have all held up very well. But they definitely needed to be charged every few months. So I scheduled a reminder to do so. I purchased this one in October 2023 and have used it any number of times (the compressor more than the jumper) and it holds an incredible charge. I just spent the past two weeks with a tire going flat and I used it almost every day to top the tire off. The compressor had to run at least 4-5 minutes a shot. After I got a new tire, I thought, "well, this will need to be charged". So I took it in the house and after about 15 seconds, it registered "full". IT DIDN'T NEED A CHARGE. That's amazing. This is hands down the best jumper box I've ever owned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Well built, easy to use, works good.
This is a good battery, a few tweaks could have made it a great one. As far as the primary function as a jump box, I have zero complaints. I use it to jumpstart my mower and it has performed every time. I was looking for a battery that was not lithium because I did not want a spontaneous trunk fire; this fit the bill. The reason for 4 stars is the weak and very loud air pump (but that is not why I bought this so it will probably never be used). Also, cable management could be better - there is a strange way that the +/- cables wrap around the sides of the box and the clamps tuck into a pocket - this takes a bit of work. Also, the 120v and 12v charging cables are just loose with no onboard storage - I hope I can find them when I need them. Also, the documentation is lacking quiet a bit, just know that to turn the light on you have to hold the switch for 2-3 seconds.

Great Investment!!
Definitely worth the investment. Works great at jumping my car battery. Takes a while to fully charge when used a lot. The air pump takes a little longer than I like to fill tires though. Overall a great item to have around.

Disappointed
We purchased this in July 2020 and never used the jump starter (we bought electric cars starting 10/2020) and used the air compressor a few times always carefully putting it back in the original box. Recently we needed to pump up a couple tires and it started off okay, but within seconds the power died down to a trickle and would spontaneously return to normal but would again die back. It did eventually (in approx 15 minutes) get the job done. It was fully charged, nozzle clean, no error messages. Disconnect from a tire and it would run fine. Inside the box was a one-time maintenance coupon and for $100 the company would refurbish. It cost $130ish. Really? $100 to fix? We replaced this with 2 small air compressors for $22 each and they work great!

So far, so good.
I bought the JNC550A, which is the booster pack with the air compressor back in April. I charged it up until the meter/gauge read "13V/FULL", then I threw it in my truck, which was where is sat for roughly 4 months. It wasn't until about ten days ago that we were having trouble with the alternator on one of our delivery trucks, so I took the box out of my truck, checked the meter/gauge, it had dropped to 12.8V, so I topped it off and put it in the delivery truck. When I was putting the booster box back into my vehicle, I noticed one of my tires was low, so I figured I'd try the air compressor. After I connected the hose, pressure gauge on the compressor read 25psi, so I double checked it with a separate tire gauge and it was close. So I turned on the compressor and it took roughly 4 minutes to bring my mid size SUV tire from 25psi to 32psi. Then, two days later my friend had a complete flat on a compact car and it took roughly 4 minutes again to air the tire up to about 22ish (limp-able) psi to get the car to the shop. All in all, for the price, I'm sorta impressed. It's not a record breaker when airing up tires, but it will get you out of a jam, be it a flat tire, a dead battery, or airing up an air mattress/yoga ball/raft, and the battery life seems to be real sufficient. Oh, and it has an LED light on it, too, that will either stay constant or flash.

The gold standard.
Like all JNC products, this is the gold standard. Plenty of starting power. Only "complaint" is the weight....too heavy for my wife to use, so I bought her a lithium jumper that weighs about a pound! Also, you will eventually trip he heat safety on the air compressor if you try to blow up a flat 20" truck tire! Also, I like the safety features on this one; I wish my JNC 660 had them.
