The media could not be loaded.  Has great water pressure. The color on it is beautiful. Very elegant looking. It is plastic, but it's performance is definitely worth the money. If you're thinking about this one but the price is what's holding you back, just do it! I'm so happy with the purchase.

As expected good quality for the $$$. The light spray option is unique, spraying out like a light but somewhat powerful mist. It is relatively big and heavy compared to less expensive options, i.e. does not feel like chrome plated plastic. I would purchase this again.

This hand shower is a hugh improvement over our old one. It has so much power.

Beautiful finish and great hand held shower. I only wish Kohler would make this in the USA. I have used Kohler for over 40 years.

You read that right...it's plastic. $115 for PLASTIC!!I used to buy high-end Kohler products because they were high-quality. This is literally light weight, cheap-feeling, plastic. The worst part...they charge over $115....for plastic. Let that sink in.

After our other Kohler hand shower finally broke (worn down), my husband and I searched for a replacement. We tried something else but weren't thrilled so we decided to give this a try. I'm still not thrilled but it will do. First, we both find it a bit ugly -- the change that they did in the looks makes it look bulkier and just not as sleek. That's not important, though. What I don't care for is that even though it is 2.5 GPM (the most we could find), it just doesn't have much pressure. When you do the setting that uses the most holes, the water covers you but doesn't really give the pressure you need to rinse, say, conditioner adequately out of your hair. My oldest daughter who has long thick hair wasn't very happy with it since "none of the settings give much pressure", but decided it was better than the other shower head we had so "it will do". I'm wondering why everyone has to make things feel like you're in a "gentle rain fall", etc, instead of being in a shower where you need a little pressure to get things done! Our water pressure works just fine so I know it is the shower head. If you like good pressure, I think I'd keep looking (good luck and I'd love to know if you find something!) but if you like soft coverage, this fits the bill.

Light weight and beautiful. You have great water pressure and I can clean it easily.
