Do you think any of these sizes would fit a thin adult woman (I'm quite small-breasted)

I'm 38 yrs old. Wear a size 32B-24-35. My weight is 110 lbs. I'm not curvy nor tall. I've purchased girl's bras and undershirts before in a size large or XL depending on the brand. You should be fine with your purchase and fitting.

What are the actual dimensions (length, width etc.)? a 10 year old i know wears size 16 in panties. what size should i get her for training bras?

The width of the bra is about 10.5 inches, but it stretches to at least 16 inches due to the elastic band at the bottom. The height of the bra is about 4 inches. My daughter is 11 years old, she is 4'9" and weighs 93 pounds, and those bras fit her very well.
