This is a good book if you are new to shooting barebow and want to string walk
The book goes over just about everything you would need to know if you are new to string walking. This book is not just for beginners, there is a lot of information on the tuning process and the mechanics of string walking.

A MUST HAVE FOR STRINGWALKING BAREBOW ARCHERY
A MUST have guide for all STRINGWALKING BAREBOW ARCHERS. With so much misinformation and bad advice on how to get started on the internet ( believe me I ve been led down the garden path by forum know it alls) this book gets beginner/intermediate archers on the right track. Don't waste time on forums asking people who probably never shot barebow nevermind stringwalking and aren't cometing at national/international levels. This book comes with advice compiled by the author from the greats of barebow archery. Tuning is key in stringwalking barebow as every different string position is like shooting a different bow. The book goes through buying, setting up, tuning, advanced tuning and competing for barebow. The advice in this book is gathered together from articles/posts by the best archers in the barebow world. The advice is specifically for stringwalking a recurve barebow. There is no other book like it. It will help you progress in the sport much quicker than taking advice from coaches who have never shot the style or tuned a bow for stringwalking. Shooting techniques, back tension etc club coaches can help you out but unless they actually shoot barebow stringwalking and do so competently then they can lead you down the wrong path. Get this book, use the setup and tuning info and work at refining your shot with a coach.A MUST buy for anyone wanting to know about stringwalking a recurve barebow.

Barebow archery - how to improve your score
Informative discussions about how barebow shooting works and the physics of drawing a string off centre; more so than using the usual slight off centre with a Mediterranean release style. How the physics of different tillers work and how to correct the limb positioning to balance up the delivery of energy to the arrow.

It delivers exactly what the title says.
This is a great guide for archers new to barebow field shooting. Everything I have learnt and a bit more over the passed 3 years is in this book. Wish it was around when I started field archery. More experienced archers already shooting at a higher level will probably not get as much out of this, but even after 3 years of focus on this discipline, I still picked up a few new tips.

Informative
At last an interesting and informative book on barebow. Focuses mostly on tuning, however, there’s good sections on technique, rules and distances. I originally ordered the kindle version, but now have ordered the paperback to pop in my kit bag.

Brilliant book
Excellent book which raises significant new points for the experienced archer as well as covering essential knowledge for the beginner. Important not just for barebow but for a new slant on other problems (the effect on arrow stiffness of break-off versus screw-in points for example). New translation into English from the Spanish. This is a must read for all archers!
