Unlike what Chuck D said, you SHOULD believe the hype.
I've had the opportunity to see Alex deliver a presentation around the topic of this book and speak with him directly on a few occasions - I can tell you first-hand that he knows what he is talking about, and that the processes and ideas in this book actually work! The book itself is accessible and full of "ah-hah" moments (and the occasional forehead slap when you ask yourself "why am I not doing this"). If you want to actively build your sales acumen and take your business to the next-level, you need to add this book to your quick reference shelf. It's direct, it's easy to share and communicate amongst a sales team, and if you implement the ideas and processes - it will work.

It’s alright! Was written before COVID. The way we sell has changed so much since.

Simple. Helpful.
Per page 3, the executive summary of this book are:- Step 1: know how good you are so that you gain confidence, positivity, and boldness. Step 2: communicate with customers and prospects more, because the more we communicate, the more we sell. Simple, right?! But it’s definitely not easy. Thanks to the author, he had made superb elaboration on the dichotomy of “Selling Boldly” vs “Selling Fearfully”. His emphasis on “doing more of what’s right” and “talking more to happy customers” are unique in a sea of sales books which focus on “fixing what’s wrong”. With the free download of the sales planner, it is helpful even to those who had read many of the same genre. In short, recommended. p.s. Below please find some favorite passages of mine fyi. Dogs that were shocked on a regular schedule would try to escape the shocks, but dogs that received shocks irregularly, randomly, would simply lie down and stop trying to avoid them. – Learned Helplessness, Martin Seligman pg25 When we are bold, we ask a question and remain silent until the customer answers it….When you are meek, you don’t ask them for the yes. But you work hard to avoid the no. Pg76

Great Ideas and very useful tools for selling more and taking GREAT care of your customers.
Alex Goldfayn has moved the needle (again) on helping individuals and sales teams raise sales by addressing the complete cycle of the Customer Experience, particularly the challenges of "before the sale" and after sales follow-up to remain in your customers' hearts and minds. The planners that are available for download are extremely helpful in setting up a system that goes beyond, "Plan your work, work your plan." Our culture spends far too much in arguments about "deficits" or "What can be better" with too little time to evaluate our gifts, skills, and talents, really wanted by organizations that need our help. His ideas were confirming (Chapter 27 "Tell Your Customers What Else They Can Buy From You" and Chapter 33 "The Power of Handwritten Notes") and sometimes challenging (Chapter 13 "Value and Relationships versus Products and Services" and Chapter 15 "Making it Look Easy versus Laboring").

Shockingly simple...so why aren't you doing it?
The best part about this book is that every suggestion made by the author is something you already have the power to do. As Alex points out repeatedly throughout the book, using the science of positive psychology, you can dramatically improve your sales, regardless of what you're selling or who you're selling to. I would go so far as to suggest that applying even just one of the many tips provided in the book will increase your sales. Apply three or four and you'll be doing gangbusters. Easy to read and easy to apply, you'll find yourself shaking your head and saying to yourself "Why haven't I been doing this all along?" Don't wait another day; buy a copy for yourself and your whole sales team!
